The KPhA Engagement Committee’s purpose is to increase membership recruitment and retention, improve membership communication and oversee, select, and recommend the winners of annual KPhA awards. 

Standing Charges

  1. Schedule and organize meetings/socials with legislators and monthly lunch & learns with Subject Matter Experts. 
  2. Educate adjacent professions on bills and other pharmacy issues. 
  3. Solicit nominations for KPhA Annual Awards. Provide final recommendations to Board of Directors for each award given by KPhA. 
  4. Create membership drives and engagement on membership retention and renewals. 
  5. Create a strategic plan regarding member communication and what value KPhA brings to members.
